HOW IT WORKS
My approach is highly individualized. You’ll meet with me for two sessions—one for understanding your concerns, goals, and preferences, and another for guiding you through a personalized hypnotic induction. This session will be recorded so you can practice in the weeks leading up to your due date.
If you have a birth partner, I encourage them to participate, ensuring they can support you fully during labor.
